Training Centre in Communication (TCC Africa) hosts the Kenya Methodist University for a workshop on using open access research discovery solutions to increase research output and Visibility.
TCC Africa was excited to host the Kenya Methodist University early career researchers on using open-access solutions to improve their research output and visibility. TCC Africa Director, Ms. Joy Owango presented a step by step approach to open access tool Dimensions which is a citation database used for research discovery and analytics.
Kenya Methodist University is a Chartered Christian University, with the main campus situated in Meru and campuses at Nairobi and Mombasa. KeMU offers PhD, Masters, Undergraduate, Diploma and Certificate programmes.

The Training Centre in Communication(TCC Africa), is the first African-based training centre to teach effective communication skills to scientists. TCC Africa is an award-winning Trust, established as a non-profit entity in 2006 and is registered in Kenya. TCC Africa provides capacity support in improving researchers output and visibility through training in scholarly and science communication.
