Open Access PLOS Opportunities for Early Career Researchers in the Global South

Training Centre in Communication (TCC Africa) and Eider Africa was honored to host the Public Library of Science (PLOS) in guiding the mentorship program’s early career researchers on open access opportunities and smart journal selection for Global South researchers.

PLOS Associate Publisher, Georgia Field, outlined PLOS’s role in bringing Open Access mainstream, removing barriers for researchers, policymakers, and students to get access to the latest research and build on discovery.
